The house is a little on the "cozy" side so I'm looking for one person to share, preferably female, but not entirely essential. (I grew up with brothers and I miss my wife who passed away, so a female presence around the house would be welcomed. They would be honest and reliable and respect my possessions as I'm sure they'd expect the same in return. Someone who is tidy, but not to the point of compulsive. I'd prefer a non smoker as I quit about 8 years ago. You must like animals as I have a small (ish) dog named Carly. She has her moments with other animals, hence the reason I've said no to more pets.
