The room available is the master bedroom. It is a spacious, private room and includes a walk-through robe and ensuite. The room is upstairs and separate to the rest of the house. The living area is open plan, generous in size and has a split system air-conditioner. The room will be unfurnished, but do have a double bed for sale if needed. The price is for a couple, however the room would easily suit an individual too. If this was the case, price would need to be negotiated. Bills not included.
