My 3 bedroom newly renovated townhouse in Calamvale is secluded just off Algester Road (actually quiet) and a short walk from peak hour bus stop, post office and IGA not far down the road. The home is tastefully furnished and recently part renovated with new carpets throughout, a landscaped courtyard (currently a work in progress) to enjoy all year round and a fully capable kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, cooking accessories etc). There is a laundry in the garage with a washing machine and dryer I’m happy to share a drying rack. We have high speed NBN FTTP with wireless access secured, with a generous unliimited data. While personal transport is not necessary as Bus services are not far from here, if you have private transport there are ample parking spaces available in the body corp car park visitor spots (not recommended) or street parking.

About Ideal Tenant: 
Female housemates only I’m looking for a friendly, co-operative, quiet and easy going flat mate who knows the value of openness. Someone over 28 would be preferable. You will need to be employed during your lease as unemployment is not acceptable. No one on government benefits thanks. I only usually share some basic groceries like cleaning products so you will need to provide for yourself in that regard. However if either of us wish to cook something together I’m happy to pitch in so we can enjoy a meal together and vice versa. I don’t particularly mind how you keep your personal space in your room however you will be responsible for cleaning your room and the main bathroom and help with general cleaning about the place.
