Large bright bedroom with blockout curtains. Has a single bed with brand new mattress Has a book case, desk, lamp and chair. The room has a built in wardrobe as well as a free standing chest of drawers. Also a dressing table. So heaps of storage. Can remove furniture if too much for your needs. You will share a bathroom and toilet with one other person. You will alternate weekly cleaning of bathroom/toilet with other housemate. If you don't want to do this, it is $10/week extra for me to do it.

About Ideal Tenant: 
No one too loud, must have respect for us and our house and the way we like it run. Be easy going and just happy with life in general. Being an animal lover would be a bonus. We are easy going and ask very little from our tenants. Car parking is off road, prefer females but am open to a neat and tidy male. Dont mind if you are straight, gay or lesbian. Options don't allow all the choices.
