This is a smaller room than the other one I have available. It contains a single bed, built in wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp, bedside table and a drawer unit. Can remove a couple pieces of furniture if not all needed. On western side of house so can be open and bright up until the sun starts to go towards sunset. We are walking distance from Griffith Uni Nathan, so perfect for a student. Close to shopping centres and buses. Central location.
