I'm currently living with a couple of University students and I now wish to move in with my girlfriend. We are required to find someone to move into the house to replace my name on the tenancy. The rent is $140 per week and the house is fully shared with the 2 other housemates you will be living with. You will not pay any bond as all bond has been paid, once you move in you will simply just have to start paying rent like usual. They are heavy gamers so you will be having a lot of fun living there, there is a TV located in the designated lounge room area with 2 spare HDMI inputs, so you will be able to setup what you wish onto the TV and start enjoying your experience.
