Hi there, Im looking for a female only to fill a room that I have located in Ryde. Its a 4 bedroom house, one bathroom, large living area, brand new renovated kitchen and external laundry. Details are as per below... 1.Medium sized room 2.Furnished room with single bed, desk and bedside table with internal cupboards 3.Parking on street only 4.5 minute walk to bus stop which takes you to the City, Top Ryde Shopping centre, Macquarie Centre and Macquarie University 5.Lovely quiet street with families and working professionals 6.All bills included We're looking for a female between the ages of 21-30 years old, either a working professional or someone who is working part time during the day and has uni on the other days. I am a 26 year old full time worker, and the other girl that lives with me is a full time nanny. We both work during the day and are home at night. We're quiet and like to keep to ourselves so were looking for someone similar. I look forward to speaking to everybody soon. Please note the following... I am not looking for someone who works nights and is home during the day. This disrupts the house at night time and has caused issues for us in the past. If you work nights please do not contact me.
