Hi everyone, we are 3 students (2 girls 1 guy) sharing a house in this quiet neighbourhood. $1,500 pcm for the house (or $500 pp) very cheap for this area. The current lease expires on the 17th of February. I have had unexpected travel commitments pop-up with short notice. Therefore I will be needing to vacate on the 16th of October, leaving 4 months left on the current lease with the opportunity to renew for another 12 months. There are 3 rooms available, so either the household can be transferred completely to new tenants (ideally) or we can accept individuals into rooms. We are situated both close to Latrobe University and Burgundy Street with plenty of shops. Nearby we also have the large Yarra Valley Parklands.
