We're a really laid back easy couple. The house itself is two storey, 3 bedrooms (1 single for rent at $350, 1 double/large single for $500couple/$470single), with two living/dining rooms, one kitchen, outdoor area with bbq, laundry room with washer and dryer, and study downstairs (all fully equiped) available for anyone to use at any time. We've also got one car spot available for a additional price - a great grab as there is only 2 hour parking around here. All bills are split, but wifi is free!
