The apartment is spacious with 2 levels and 2 large private balconies with a view! Friends are always welcome, but it is not a party house. The apartment comes fully furnished with all amenities and unlimited internet for an extra $15/month. The complex has a pool, hot tub (its actually hot!), BBQ area and underground parking. It is located next to the shops of Nobby’s Beach and is only a 2-minute walk to the beach. The room is available to move in now. Rent is $192/week, bond is $768.
